Privacy notice for business contacts
This notice explains how SecuredAll (which runs SecuredSave) processes personal data when we contact people at businesses about website accessibility.
Who we are

What we process and where it comes from
Your name, business email address, job title and employer, obtained from Apollo.io, a B2B data provider (or, in some cases, from public business directories). We also run an automated check of a few public pages of your company's website (or, for agencies, of client sites you list publicly). We only contact people in business roles.
Why, and on what basis
To offer our accessibility monitoring service to businesses for whom it is relevant. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest; we have documented a legitimate-interest assessment and keep contact short and easy to stop.
Where it is stored
Our outreach records (your business contact details and the report we prepared for you) are stored on our own server in India, where SecuredAll is based. If you create an AegisRunner account, your account data and scan results are hosted with Hetzner in Finland (EU).
How long we keep it
If you do not engage, we remove your name, email address and profile link 180 days after our last email. If you opt out, we keep only your email address (or company domain) on a suppression list so that we never contact you again.
Your choices and rights
Every email has a one-click opt-out link, and replying "unsubscribe" works too. You can ask for access to, or deletion of, your data at any time by replying to our email. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
Abuse prevention
We use Cloudflare Turnstile, including invisible verification, to protect public scans and the guide from abuse. Cloudflare processes browser and network signals for this verification. Read the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Tracking
Our emails are plain text with no tracking pixels. Report pages use first-party, cookieless visit counting: a daily rotating hash that cannot be linked across days. A separate first-party cookie keeps your report chat private to your browser when you reload. It expires after one day; chats expire after 30 idle minutes.
